By using Learn by lyrics (learn-by-lyrics.pages.dev) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. What the website is

Learn by lyrics is a free, personal educational tool for practising languages with songs: you listen to a song and fill in the missing words of its lyrics. It is provided free of charge and may change or stop at any time.

2. Your account

• An account is optional. If you create one, keep your password safe; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
• You can stop using the website and ask for your account to be deleted at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

3. Songs, lyrics and videos

• Lyrics are obtained from third-party services (such as LRCLIB and lyrics.ovh) or pasted by users. Music is played through YouTube and Spotify. All lyrics, recordings and videos belong to their respective owners.
• They are shown only for personal study. You may not use the website to copy, publish or sell lyrics or music.
• Rights holders who want a song removed can contact us through the “Got an idea or found a bug?” box on the home page, and we will deal with it promptly.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the website to break the law, to send abusive or unlawful content through the message box, or to overload or attack the service.

5. No warranty

The website is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Lyrics, translations, statistics and corrections may contain mistakes. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from using the website.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated; the new version will be published on this page with its date.

1. Qué es la web

Learn by lyrics es una herramienta educativa, gratuita y personal para practicar idiomas con canciones: escuchas una canción y completas las palabras que faltan en su letra. Se ofrece gratis y puede cambiar o dejar de estar disponible en cualquier momento.

2. Tu cuenta

• La cuenta es opcional. Si creas una, guarda bien tu contraseña; eres responsable de lo que se haga con tu cuenta.
• Puedes dejar de usar la web y pedir que se borre tu cuenta cuando quieras (consulta la política de privacidad).

3. Canciones, letras y vídeos

• Las letras se obtienen de servicios de terceros (como LRCLIB y lyrics.ovh) o las pegan los propios usuarios. La música se reproduce a través de YouTube y Spotify. Todas las letras, grabaciones y vídeos pertenecen a sus respectivos titulares.
• Se muestran solo para estudio personal. No se puede usar la web para copiar, publicar o vender letras o música.
• Si eres titular de derechos y quieres que se retire una canción, escríbenos desde el cuadro de ideas y errores de la página principal y lo atenderemos rápidamente.

4. Uso aceptable

No uses la web para incumplir la ley, para enviar contenido ofensivo o ilegal a través del cuadro de mensajes, ni para sobrecargar o atacar el servicio.

5. Sin garantías

La web se ofrece “tal cual”, sin garantías de ningún tipo. Las letras, traducciones, estadísticas y correcciones pueden contener errores. En la medida en que lo permita la ley, no nos hacemos responsables de ninguna pérdida derivada del uso de la web.

Estas condiciones pueden actualizarse; la nueva versión se publicará en esta página con su fecha.
